Soaked in a unique red wine bath for one week which adds a wonderful flavour profile. Spiced in authentic Greek spice blends before being oak smoked for 8 hours. Thereafter they are left to mature in the ageing room for 3-4 months.
A shelf stable product meaning there's no refrigeration required.
