DARLINGTON'S Ploughman's Pickle No.7 300g

Made in traditional open pans and packed with crunchy British veg, tart Bramley apples and gentle spices; Sarah Darlington originally created this tangy pickle for her farmer husband Tom to have with his daily Ploughman's lunch. It took seven attempts before Tom finally gave it his seal of approval, hence it's name - Ploughman's Pickle No.7

Ingredients
Carrots, Bramley Apples, Onion, Sugar, Water, Spirit Vinegar, Malt Vinegar (from Barley), Swede, Cauliflower, Modified Maize Starch, Dates (Rice Flour), Gherkins, Tomato Paste, Colour (Natural Caramel), Garlic, Spices, Salt.
