Our intensely fruity and succulent Gluten Free Christmas Pudding is made with juicy vine fruits, Tiptree Marmalade, cider, brandy, citrus peel and mixed spices. Each cello pudding is hand filled in a plastic basin, ready for steaming or microwaving. Tiptree gluten free pudding will taste better if steamed, be careful not to over-cook if you choose to use a microwave oven and always refer to the manual for your particular oven. Christmas lunch is the most important meal of the year - be sure to finish it in style. All Tiptree Christmas Puddings are made in our nut-free factory and the recipe is also free from Palm Oil.
