Our mixed peel is double cut and comes from Southern Italy. It has a wonderful citrus flavour and is an essential ingredient to any home baker's larder. Don't just save it for your Christmas cakes and puddings though - try adding to crumbles, flapjacks, steamed puddings or bread and butter pudding!
