Bart Spices Harissa Paste is a blend of spices, garlic and olive oil. This North African blend with a spicy kick is used widely in Middle Eastern cuisine. Traditionally an accompaniment to couscous or tagines, or adds incredible flavour when rubbed onto lamb steak or in kofta.
