Our light and flavourful Mushroom Consomme has a real air of sophistication. I adore its clarity and beautiful, deep mushroom flavour. We add Madeira wine for subtle sweetness and natural truffle flavour for its rich, nutty character. It's a delicious balance of delicacy and indulgence - great on its own but also a flavourful base for an incredible mushroom risotto.
