Eat Natural's signature yoghurt coating smothers apricots, roasted brown-skinned almonds and shreds of toasted coconut in this tasty bar. Little puffs of rice lighten the mix (each grain is smaller than your standard rice crispie) which is carefully jumbled with a dash of honey syrup to give a satisfying chew. Sweet but finely balanced.
Ingredients
Yoghurt flavour coating 30% (vegetable oil, sugar, milk whey, dried yoghurt, emulsifier:sunflower lecithin), dried apricots 17%, almonds 12%, shredded coconut 12%, glucose syrup, crisped rice (rice, sugar), honey.
