The Butter Crisp is our showpiece. This golden brown, crispy butter wafer, with its iconic diamond pattern, is still baked according to a 19th-century secret family recipe. In 2006, this biscuit was honoured with the official VLAM quality mark: ‘Regional product from the Westhoek’.

Wheat flour, sugar, butter (18%) (milk), free-range eggs, sea salt, raising agent: ammonium bicarbonate.
