SACLA Char-Grilled Aubergine Pesto 190g

Our Aubergine Pesto is inspired by the famous 'Melanzane alla Parmigiano', a classic pasta-free Northern Italian dish made with Parmesan, tomatoes, Mozzarella and, of course, fresh aubergines. Our Pesto is based on the same ingredients, all beautifully blended together with a hint of chilli, to create a smooth and full-flavoured sauce. It will bring a burst of Italian flavour to any dish, and it's especially good stirred into vegetables before roasting.

Char-grilled Italian Aubergines (36%), Sunflower Seed Oil, Water, Italian Basil (3,5%), Sun-Dried Tomato, Cashew Nuts, Garlic, Pine Kernels, Salt, Acidity Regulator: Lactic Acid; Flavouring, Smoke Flavouring, Chilli Pepper Powder.
