A Spanish chilli sauce made with tomatoes, garlic and cayenne chillies which are cooked at high temperatures to release their sweetness. To this, white wine and white wine vinegar are added which balances the hot sauce. It’s known to be a 'slow burner' spicy kick!

Tomatoes, tomato puree, onion, white wine, extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar, red chilli puree (2%), sugar, garlic, salt, cornflour, cayenne (0.2%), dried parsley, black pepper.
