Q. When will my order be delivered?

A. We are starting to deliver Christmas orders in the middle of September. At the order confirmation stage, you will have the option to select a specific date that suits you.

Q. When is the last day for sending in my Winter Collection pre-order?

A. We recommend placing your pre-order by 31 July 2022 to ensure maximum availability.

Q. The deadline has passed, am I too late to place a pre-order?

A. We are still accepting pre-orders, however, we cannot guarantee availability of all products.

Q. What happens about payment when I am a Proforma customer?

A. We will be in touch with you nearer to your delivery date to arrange payment.
