Selected vine fruits steeped in Timothy Taylor's Landlord Pale Ale are combined with butter and ground almonds to produce this rich, spiced beer cake. Two Yorkshire companies with over 280 years experience in brewing and baking have devised this beer cake for your enjoyment.

Dried Fruit (39%) (Sultanas, Currants, Sunflower Oil), Wheat Flour (Wheat, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Egg, Butter Oil (Milk), Sugar, Soft Brown Sugar (Sugar, Molasses), Landlord™ Pale Ale (6%) (contains Malted Barley), Glacé Cherries (3%) (Cherries, Glucose Fructose Syrup, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid; Colour: Anthocyanins; Preservative: Sulphur Dioxide), Mixed Peel (3%) (Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Salt, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid), Ground Almond, Humectant: Glycerine (Rapeseed), Mixed Spice, Salt, Colour (caramel), Ground Nutmeg.
