THE GREEK FARMER Air Dried Ham 65g

A 65g sliced pack of ready to eat ham using British free range Blythburgh pork. A perfect ham to share alongside most cheeses to perfect your cheeseboard or simply top a slice or two on some buttered bread! The fat of this ham gives it a beautiful creamy flavour, together with the red wine notes taken from the process we use of bathing the ham in wine of the Troodos Mountains for over a week to take on its lovely flavour. Spiced in black pepper, oak smoked in our walk in converted grain silo smokehouse and cased within a natural beef casing where it is left to age in our ageing room for 3-4 months. Similar to Italian speck ham but differs from the wine bathing that gives our ham further flavour.

A shelf stable product meaning there's no refrigeration required.
