A traditional Spanish egg-free garlic mayonnaise-style dip , packed with real Spanish garlic cloves (no powder!) and zing from the juice of a fresh lime, made by hand in small batches. A staple in the Spanish cuisine, perfect as a dip or served with spicy Mexican fajitas. Great with fresh fish or simply served with a crusty loaf.

Sunflower oil, olive oil, garlic, lime juice, white wine vinegar, salt, xanthan gum, lime oil.
