Katarzynki is a real classic among the Gingerbreads from Kopernik. Distinctive and aromatic, with the addition of a large amount of a natural mixture of spices, it is baked from a long-maturing dough, without the addition of fat. Each Katarzynki is covered with real chocolate.

Wheat Flour, Chocolate 23.5%, (Sugar, Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier (Soya Lecithin), Flavouring), Sugar, Rye Flour, Colour (Caramel), Raising Agent (Ammonium Carbonates), Spices 0.6 %, Potato Starch, Salt, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid).
