BART Breadcrumbs 150g

A store cupboard essential that can be used to coat chicken or fish, slightly toasted and sprinkled over pasta for extra crunch or added to homemade stuffing mix, Breadcrumbs are an easy way to create a simple, tasty dish full of crunchy texture when used to coat meat, vegetables and fish. Prepare your ingredients to be coated, by tossing in flour (to dry the surface) then dip in whisked egg before coating in the breadcrumbs. Can also be added to stuffing mixtures, toppings for grilling or to make breaded garlic mushrooms. For a fuller flavour and golden colour add paprika to the flour before coating.
