A quick-to-use chef-inspired finishing sauce combining the rich sweetness of Madeira with the earthy flavours of wild mushrooms. Ideally suited for duck game and other rich meats. It is also perfect for glazing vegetables.

Ingredients
Water, Madeira (14%) (contains Sulphites), Onions, Cornflour, Mixed Mushrooms (2.4%)(Oyster, Shitake, Porcini), Rapeseed Oil, Mushroom Stock (1.6%)(Rehydrated Mushroom (mushroom concentrate, water, dried mushroom), salt, modified maize starch), Balsamic Vinegar (Red Grape Vinegar, Cooked Grape Must), Garlic, Sugar, Salt, Rosemary, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Black Pepper.
