A quick-to-use chef-inspired finishing sauce combining the deep warmth of red wine with the rich intensity of ground juniper. Ideally suited to beef lamb and other red meats. It is also perfect for casseroles or roasting vegetables.

Water, Red Wine (17%) (Contains Sulphites), Onions, Sugar, Cornflour, Rapeseed Oil, Redcurrant Juice Concentrate, Vegetable Stock (Water, Dried Vegetables (Potato, Onion, Leek, Celery), Salt, Yeast Extract, Carrot Concentrate, Sugar, Sunflower Oil, Lemon Juice Concentrate), Garlic, Dijon Mustard (Water, Mustard Seeds, White Vinegar, Salt), Salt, Balsamic Vinegar (Red Wine Vinegar, Cooked Grape Must), Juniper (0.3%), Black Pepper.
