BAXTERS Vegetarian Carrot & Coriander Soup 400g

Our recipe for carrot and coriander soup is simply made, but also a little different. Carrots, onions and parsnips are quickly cooked in a vegetable bouillon to retain freshness of flavour. Chopped coriander leaf gives an aromatic flavour. We then sweeten with a touch of honey and a squeeze of lemon. Delicate subtlety and quality ingredients are what make this recipe for carrot and coriander soup so special.

Water, Carrots (21%), Onions, Parsnips, Wheatflour (with Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Modified Cornflour, Rapeseed Oil, Whey Powder (Milk), Butter (Milk), Tomato Paste, Skimmed Milk Powder, Salt, Stabiliser (Polyphosphates), Coriander, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Honey, Sugar, Yeast Extract, Onion Powder, Potato Starch, Mixed Spices (White Pepper, Nutmeg, Turmeric), Lovage Extract.
