Plump jumbo oats and crunchy buckwheat drizzled in honey and a little rapeseed oil before slow roasting. This nutty mix is combined with roasted chickpeas (for added protein), shreds of lightly toasted coconut and Eat Natural's favourite seeds: sunflower, pumpkin and linseeds. In fact, this three-seed mix makes up more than a quarter of what’s in the box! Crunchy and wholesome.
