GREEN & BLACK'S Organic Dark Cooks' Chocolate 70% Cocoa 150g

Green & Black's 70% cook's chocolate is ideal for using in chocolate recipes because of its high content of cocoa solids - a combination of cocoa mass which gives the chocolate its intense flavour, and cocoa butter which gives it a smooth consistency for easier melting. Each piece of chocolate weighs 5g so there is no need to get out the scales. Organic and fairtrade cooking chocolate.
