Our cherry and almond cake is a hand-finished, moist cake made with glace cherries and decorated with flaked almonds.

Ingredients
Wheat flour, sugar, glace cherries (19%) (cherries, glucose-fructose syrup, preservative (sorbic acid), colour (E127), citric acid), flaked almonds (1%), vegetable margarine (palm oil, rapeseed oil, salt, water), vegetable glycerin, apple juice from concentrate, raising agents (diphosphates, sodium bicarbonate), rapeseed oil, preservative (potassium sorbate), natural bitter almond flavour, glaze (sugar, water, glucose syrup, gelling agent (pectin), citric acid, acidity regulator (sodium citrates)).
