RIVERBANK Gluten Free Banana & Pineapple Cake

Our gluten-free pineapple cake, with banana flavouring, is a soft and moist cake made with sweet pineapple pieces and natural banana flavour.

Ingredients
Whole egg, sugar, pineapple diced (8%),(sugar, citric acid, preservative sulphur dioxide), potato starch, modified starch, rapeseed oil, whey powder, raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium carbonate), emulsifiers (vegetable glycerine, sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate, mono- and diacetyltartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids,polyglycerol esters of fatty acids), preservative (potassium sorbate), flavourings, thickener (xanthan gum), dried glucose syrup, skimmed milk powder, banana flavouring, glaze (sugar, glucose syrup, pectin, citric acid, sodium citrates).
