RIVERBANK Gluten Free Apple & Caramel Cake

Our gluten free apple and caramel fudge cake is a soft and moist sponge cake made with pieces of caramel fudge and apple, with natural apple flavouring.

Ingredients
Whole egg, sugar, potato starch, modified starch, rapeseed oil, caramel fudge (sugar, full cream condensed milk, fondant, glucose, vegetable fat (palm oil), emulsifier (soya lecithin)), palm oil, apple pieces (apple, apple puree, sucrose, fructose syrup, lactose (from milk), citric acid, gelling agent (pectin)), whey powder (from milk), raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium carbonate), emulsifiers (vegetable glycerine, polyoxyethylene sorbitan mono-oleate, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate), preservative (potassium sorbate), natural apple flavouring, thickener (xanthan gum), glucose syrup, skimmed milk powder, salt, glaze (sugar, water, glucose syrup, gelling agent (pectin), citric acid, acidity regulator (sodium citrates)).
