TIPTREE Cranberry Jelly 340g

Cranberries are slowly brought to the boil breaking down the fruit. It is then simmered for a few minutes after which it is pumped into our fruit press where it is squeezed to extract the maximum amount of juice from the fruit. A favourite at Christmas time or at any time! Cranberry Jelly is an ideal partner for Camembert cheese.

Cranberry Juice, Sugar, Gelling Agent: Citrus Pectin; Acidity Regulator: Sodium Citrate.
