A rich & sticky fruit loaf made with the finest vine fruits steeped in Botham’s Resolution Tea before baking, to give its distinctive colour & flavour. ‘Brack’ is a fruited cake made without adding shortening. In Yorkshire it’s a treat with a little bit of butter and cheese.
