A shortcrust pastry filled with apricot filling, topped with almond flavour cake, and glazed with icing.

Ingredients
Wheat flour (calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine), soya bean oil, sugar, vegetable oils (RSPO certified palm, rapeseed oil), water, salt, emulsifiers (polyglycerol esters of fatty acids), colours (curcumin, annatto bixin), flavouring, Bramley apple pulp, whole egg powder, almond flavouring, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, disodium diphosphate), glycerine, emulsifiers (mono & di-glycerides of fatty acids, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids), lupin flour, whey protein concentrate (milk), maize starch, skimmed milk powder, dextrose, natural apricot flavour (3%), colours (tartrazine, ponceau 4R), modified starch, preservative (potassium sorbate), acidity regulator (citric acid), salt.
