Our ever-popular pastourma spice blend, which coats our Great Taste Award-winning air-dried beef, is now available in a delicious salami! Made with British free-range pork, this salami is infused with seven aromatic spices, red wine, and oak smoke to create a rich, flavourful experience. Enjoy it however you like – it’s perfect as a standalone snack, but it also makes an excellent cooking ingredient. The red hue of its oil adds a gorgeous touch to dishes like salmon, chicken, scallops, and pizza. Toss some into pasta or risotto for a flavour-packed twist, or use it as a substitute for chorizo in your favourite recipes.
