Sometimes called Droewors, this ready to eat beef sausage (think heathier and more delecious pepperoni) is crafted in much the same way as biltong. Made in the UK from premium cuts of UK and Irish grass fed beef from farms with a foucus on sustainability and animal welfare. Marinated in a blend of specially selected spices with a hint of Nutmeg and Black Pepper. An amazingly tasty snack that is bursting with protein and low in carbs. Made Without Compromise!

Beef (225g of Beef per 100g of Beef Droewors), Collagen Casing, Seasoning Mix (Barley Vinegar, Salt, Spices (Coriander, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Cloves, Thyme, Paprika), Garlic Powder, Herbs, Cereal (Wheat, Maize), Dextrose, Mustard, Onion Powder, Celery), Acidity Regulators, Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate), Preservatives (Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Metabisulphite (Sulphites)).
