Roka Cheese sticks are still baked following the original recipe which was created in 1949 in the Roodenrijs patisserie shop in Delft. Gouda Cheese Crispies are made with refined puff-pastry (90 layers), 30% carefully matured old Gouda cheese and other high-quality ingredients, offering an intense and dominant cheese taste that melts on the tongue.
