BLUE DRAGON Dark Soy Sauce 150ml from Blue Dragon.

Naturally brewed, Dark Soy gives dishes colour as well as flavour. It has a darker colour than Light Soy and a richer, less salty flavour. It is perfect for dipping, marinades and adding colour.

Water, Sugar, Salt, Soy Sauce Extract (9%) (Water, Defatted Soya Bean Flakes, Wheat , Salt), Colour (Ammonia Caramel), Acidity Regulator (Lactic Acid), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate).
