Our Oval Lined Proving Baskets are handcrafted using sustainable wicker and natural linen, offering a reliable and professional solution for commercial bakeries, food producers and kitchenware retailers. These eco-friendly proving baskets are designed to support consistent dough fermentation while providing a traditional, artisan-style appearance suitable for retail presentation or in-house bakery use. 

Each basket includes a linen liner with an elasticated edge, covering approximately 40mm of the outer rim to help prevent stocking and ensure a smooth finish. We offer two oval sizes to meet different production requirements. The small oval proving basket is suitable for 500G loaves, while the large oval basket holds up to 1kg of bread dough, making both options ideal for sourdough and artisan bread preparation. 

Finished with a non-toxic, food-safe water-based varnish, these durable, commercial-grade proving baskets are a practical addition to any professional baking setup or sustainable kitchenware range.
