Peat Smoked Tomato Sauce - Original 305g from Peat'd.

Inspired by our sister company’s award winning peat smoked Bloody Mary mixer, this is where it all began. We discovered more people were cooking with our juice than drinking it so we decided to take the DNA of our mixer and develop a range of peat smoked tomato sauces, beginning with Original. Each jar contains 13 different ingredients with one third of them either smoked or spiced to add depth to any dishes.

Tomatoes (50%) (contains Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)), Peat Smoked Tomato Paste (25%), Water, Cider Vinegar, Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil, Lemon Juice (Lemon Juice from Concentrate (Water, Concentrated Lemon Juice), Lemon Oil, Preservative (Potassium Metabisulphite)), Tamarind Puree (Tamarind, Water, Salt, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Preservative (Sodium Benzoate)), Smoked Salt, Black Pepper, Smoked Sun Dried Tomato Powder, Smoked Water, Onion Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate).
