Who are Holleys Fine Foods?
Holleys Fine Foods is the UK's leading premium grocery brand partner, curating and delivering a superb range of ambient foods to delight our customers and increase basket spend in store. Founded in 1970 and still family-run, our focus on availability, range, delivery and service provides the certainty you need to enable your business success.

What other products do you sell?
We have a comprehensive range of 4,000 ambient products spanning 9 categories. You can browse our complete range online or please contact us if you would like a copy of our current brochure. We also supply a range of chilled, fresh, frozen, and non-food items through our online Marketplace.

How do I place an order?
Our industry-leading website is the easiest way to order, with favourites, spreadsheet upload, barcode scanning functionality and a simple one-page checkout designed to speed up the process of placing an order. What's happening to the Stewart's brand?
This will be available to purchase on Holleys' Marketplace. This means you can order in one basket with the rest of your shelf stock from Holleys. The Stewart's stock will be despatched directly from Stewart's but invoiced by Holleys.

What happens to the Christmas pre-order I placed with Glencarse?
Stewart's Scotland will fulfil the Stewart's branded products. Pre-orders for all other products will be fulfilled by Holleys from mid-September. Please look out for an order confirmation from Holleys during July, and our customer services team will be in touch to confirm your delivery date prior to despatch.

Holleys' Christmas pre-order cut-off is 31st July if you would like to place an additional pre-order to be delivered with your Glencarse Foods pre-order. Our range of over 1,000 festive lines can be found here, or please contact us to request a catalogue.

When is my delivery day?
We'll distribute orders in our own fleet of vans from our Glasgow delivery hub; please see specific delivery information here.

What are my payment terms?
In the main, your terms will be the same as they were with Glencarse Foods, you'll see these on your Holleys invoices. If you have any queries, please contact our accounts team on 0117 938 0084 or accounts@holleysfinefoods.com.

Please note that invoices raised by Stewart's Scotland for orders before 3rd July are payable to Stewart's Scotland.

Will Glencarse Foods pricing be honoured?

What is your returns policy?
