Wheat Flour (Water, Fresh Yeast, Salt, Sugar), Wheat Sourdough (Water, Wheat Flour, Acid (Lactic Acid), Acidity Regulator (Acetic Acid)), Vinegar, Sunflower Oil, Baking Enzymes, Preservatives (Calcium Propionate, Sorbic Acid).

Gyros Seasoning
Sea Salt, Brown Sugar (Sugar, Cane Molasses), Dehydrated Garlic, Dehydrated Onion, Ground Black Pepper, Ground Cumin, Smoked Paprika, Ground Paprika, Ground Oregano, Porcini Mushroom Powder, Oregano.

Gyros Sauce
Rapeseed Oil, Pasteurised Free Range Egg Yolk (12%), Sugar Syrup, Mustard (Spirit Vinegar, Water, Mustard Seed, Salt, Turmeric, Paprika, Spice, Flavouring, Garlic Powder), White Wine & Spirit Vinegar, Garlic, Sugar, Red Wine Vinegar, Salt, Toasted Garlic Powder.
