This mix with Cheddar Cheese & Sundried Tomato includes Cheddar cheese with Mediterranean sundried tomatoes, onions, herbs and garlic. The mix produces Mediterranean style bread and rolls with wonderful flavour and appearance. This mix works brilliantly in bread making machines or by hand from your oven at home. The bread is a great base for your own ideas, whatever the family favourite is. It freezes well and makes a delicious pizza base with a real Italian flavour.
