Crispy on the outside, soft and gooey on the inside. Baked according to the original Gouda recipe from 1810.

Ingredients
Wheat Flour, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Sugar, Vegetable Fat & Oil (Palm, Rapeseed), Butter (Milk), Egg, Salt, Potato Starch, Caramelised Sugar, Sunflower Lecithin, Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, Ammonium Bicarbonate), Cinnamon, Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids, Citric Acid.
