HIGHFIELD PRESERVES Christmas Piccalilli 280g from Highfield Preserves.

Handmade traditional pickle with a mixture of vegetables in a sweet and spicy mustard sauce. Eat with Boxing Day cold meats, pork pies and salads. Handcrafted in small batches using traditional open pans. Made in Devon using only British fruit and vegetables.

Ingredients
Vegetables in varying proportions 55% (silverskin onions, celery, cauliflower florets, carrots, courgettes, green beans, red peppers), cider vinegar, sugar, honey, corn starch (thickener), ground cumin, yellow mustard seed, mustard powder, chilli, turmeric, spices.
